Passion for product
We're looking for someone with a passion for product and with a colourful character, ready to deliver a smile with every purchase. Working alongside your area manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, motivating and leading the store team. Retail sales experience is a must, but full training will be provided.

Our growing brand means it's important that our team members are flexible in their job roles, up for any challenge and able to work within a changing environment. Our stores work on a rota basis of varying working hours and days that will include weekends.

In your store
You will work with your area manager to ensure your store is ready to greet our customers, delivering our distinctive visual merchandising style. You will ensure the quality and care of stock, store and team as well as carrying out housekeeping and banking duties, and will support the manager with store opening and closing procedures.
Planning
You will work alongside your area manager to set daily, monthly and yearly objectives for both the team and your own personal development. We encourage progression as individuals and as a brand, which helps us to find better ways of working and means that we challenge ourselves every day.
