Salary:                  £28,000 - £32,000 basic, with an uncapped OTE of £60,000+ in your first year + company phone + tablet/laptop, paid expenses, progression paths and flexible working.


The Role:

Our client is a progressive digital design agency based on the very trendy Bermondsey St, a creative hub in London with a second technical development office in Poland. They are growing their sales team and are now looking for a no nonsense, go getting sales development manager to gain business and keep this creative bunch busy. 


As sales development manager your role will be to proactively identify new business opportunities for their agency in London and find us more companies that we can make look great.


Your main focus will be to self-generate leads, to source potential clients, and gain new business. And working towards targets will be great when being rewarded with an outstanding uncapped commission plan! You will be required to creatively find and attend exhibitions, networking events and other gatherings to generate new leads.


Experience Required:

The ideal new business development manager will be experienced in Digital Marketing, websites and have a good understanding in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay per Click (PPC) solutions. Alternatively, they will consider candidates with a strong Media background or print. You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business and proficient at generating your own leads.


The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to accomplish targets. You will also show remarkable communication skills, have amazing confidence and have the persistence to surpass all sales targets. 


The Package:

If getting the chance to work for an agency in the creative industry wasn’t enough, the package on offer for the right sales development manager is a basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000, rewarding you with an uncapped OTE of £60,000+ in your first year.


You will also receive a company phone and tablet/laptop, paid expenses and flexible working options. Training is also available to help you further improve your abilities and build new skills to help with your continued growth and learning. The ideal candidate will progress within the agency to build the sales development team around them offering lots of responsibility as the agency grows.
