Principle HR Advisor
Contract, Woolwich, 9 to 5, £17.27 - £21.52
This role is both a senior advisor and a Team Leader for the HR Professional Officers, Assistants and Trainees. They will deputise for the HR Manager but will primarily focus on case management, working with managers in order to support them in achieving their people management outcomes. Cases where dismissal is a possible outcome will be allocated to HR Professional manager and above. Strong employee relations experience – management of complex casework up to and including dismissal appeals
• Strong change management experience, supporting organisational restructures is essential and TUPE transfers desirable.
• Public Sector experience
Ideally candidates will also have previous experience of working with schools or in an education setting and will have a working knowledge of teacher terms and conditions.
