Legal Secretary will have a background in conveyancing, excellent typing skills and computer literate with office application like Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Dealing with all conveyancing correspondence, documents and typing for detailed leases.
- Organising contracts of sale of properties
- Preparing Oyez forms
- Utilising Land Registry’s services
- Client liaison
- Paying and requesting cheques
- General office administration
- Provide support to other teams when needed
