Our client is a global IT service provider, enabling Device as a Service for the IT industry across the world. The company proudly boasts a long-standing partnership with Hewlett Packard, supporting their commercial clients.
They are now seeking an experienced IT Field Support Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a contract position Monday- Friday working 40 hours per week.
Job Role
The usual day will see you resolving a variety of tickets with several clients within a designated geographical area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printer, laptop & desktop break/fix issues, with a willingness to take on the challenge of problem solving.
Requirements
- Confident in addressing break/fix issues across several devices
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of printer repair
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Smart casual dress
- Own Toolkit & Equipment (Screwdrivers, ESD matts essential)
- Own car (mileage claimable)
- Full and clean manual driving license
- Existing DBS check would be desirable.
